We selected Mrs. Ebenhoeh to be our broker and she quickly gave us an assessment of our home. She clearly explained the positive and negatives and gave us many suggestions to help us get the best value for our home. Prior to getting her as our agent we attempted to make certain repairs and cosmetic improvements. We found it quite difficult to get contractors to show up.
